Bug Description

Any program which tries to use libapt-pkg segfaults with a messae like this:

Jan 2 22:10:00 PC16 kernel: [ 286.168767] apt-get[2335]: segfault at c1ac5500 ip b764c717 sp bfab3a20 error 5 in libapt-pkg.so.4.11.0[b7606000+117000]
