calibre crashs after start without message

Bug Description
The server port (8080) seems to be in use.
But this should not be a reason to crash without a hint of the problem.
After disabling the autostart of the server, calibre stays.
Running calibre 0.8.33 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64.
