Preference option to allow beatloops to always quantize.

Based on discussion from Bug #898213 this would be a nice option for those who prefer it.

Also, same option for key-lock would be good. And maybe repeat? I dunno, I don't use repeat.

You could do either a simple preference dialogue option, or maybe better would be an android-keyboard-shift style three-state button that cycles: quantize off; quantize this track (same as current on); quantize always (same as current, with a red/orange dot, or just a a different colour icon).

while your addition might also useful, I think the original request is different.

Currently quantize button effects all track actions. There is no way to enable it for beat loops, but not for the rest like e.g. play.
So if I get that right, we may put an option to preferences (not Skin GUI) to quantize beat loops regardless of the quantize switch.

Currently the Quantize button is sticky (does not reset by deck load). Do you want it reset by track load/eject?
