Please sync arpack 3.0.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Thank you for requesting this sync. I'd prefer to wait until http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=652264 is sorted before syncing this into Ubuntu since this is an LTS cycle and we're syncing from testing by default. Could you please update us in this bug when that happens? Unsubscribing ubuntu-sponsors for moment, please resubscribe when the aforementioned bug is resolved (Yes, I realize that you don't think it's an issue in arpack, but I would like to be sure :)).

Micah, the bug you are refering to in unreproducible.
I am leaving it open because I can to hear Adam confirmation.
