Application Icon is Blurred

This happens when application is under development (no .desktop file) and not installed from software center or package.

To reproduce bug the easiest way would be to create new Ubuntu application with Quickly:

$quickly create ubuntu-application foobar
$cd foobar
$quickly run

Check application icon in Unity launcher and application switcher (Alt + Tab), it is very blurred.

Is this a bu? Is there some workaround for this?

@fabiomarconi Thanks for locating the package. Does that means that I can do some workaround to get icon fixed? I guess I should do sth with desktop file? I tried to set full path to icon, but it's still blurred.
