Bug Description

Hello,

        Button Have no Icon. & create partner string but expected Create Partner and same in cancel for more usability.

Hello,

     I have added missing icon.All the icon you can see on thunderbird 3. but for the same code can't see image on thunderbird 9.
Rest of all are working fine with latest thunderbird 9.

Hello,

Thunderbird does not have icons on action button, as seen on Ubuntu as well as on Windows. To be consistent with those guidelines, we should instead remove all icons.
