Bug Description
Thanks to this new UserWebKit feature:
https:/
We can now use dmedia: URIs for the video.src, which means we can playback using a file:// URI rather than talking to the local Dmedia HTTP file server. This has seemed to fix the problems we were having the GStreamer hanging, plus is just the way to do things anyway.
For example, after this change we have a handler that resolves a URI like this:
dmedia:
Into a URI like this:
file://
