Anomalies when displaying a PDF document

Hello,
I try to view the following PDF-document, but most of the pages are blank and text (or font) is missing. I suspect Evince has some problems displaying the document.

The document is GETTING-STARTED-GUIDE.pdf for DraftSight CAD.

ViewPDF tool has the error. Most pages are blank and text/fonts are missing.
But GV 3.7.2 (gv - PostScript and PDF viewer for X) displays the document right and well.

I was able to reproduce this bug in Oneiric 11.10, evince 3.2.1-0ubuntu2.2

The evince version is 3.3.5, poppler/cairo (0.18.4), (L)Ubuntu 11.10.
