gedit suddenly crashed while reading a bianary file.

Can't reproduce in Gedit 3.3.2.
When did this crash occur - immediately on opening the file? Did gedit display "There was a problem opening the file boot.exe.scr" warning?

I used this version of gedit: 3.2.5-0ubuntu1
It crashed about 5 minuts after opening the file while I was typing some strings into my mobile-phone.
There was no warning of gedit, only the crash-dialogue of apport apeared.
