Please sync fcitx 1:4.1.2-5 from Debian Sid (main) to Ubuntu (universe)

Bug Description

This is a small bug fix revision of fcitx. The second patch closes Debian #649036.

fcitx (1:4.1.2-5) unstable; urgency=low

   [ 02_dont_show_dialog_first_run.patch ]
   * Don't show dialog about immodules, which will confuse users,
     while we use im-config.
   [ 02_dbus_max_retry_times.patch ]
   * MAX_RETRY_TIMES to 20 from 5.

Until January 12th packages that are unaltered in Ubuntu will be semi-automatically pulled into the archive (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PrecisePangolin/ReleaseSchedule -> DebianImportFreeze). the next time an archive admin runs the necessary script, this package gets updated, so I close this bug.

But I'm afraid this is an exception, it hasn't been auto synced for several days. The previous version wasn't synced either, and was synced by hand.

That's because -5 hasn't entered testing yet. Once that happens,
presumably on January 1st, it will be picked up.
