Bug Description
Title: Its hard to tell when an application is opening from the launch bar
When you click on applications in the unity launch bar it is hard to tell that the application is loading, particularly applications that take longer to load. The flashing orange .. color change is a little to subtle. Its easy to deem a slower loading application as non responsive.
