If you discard cached data for an external message, its summary shows zero size in the summary.

Fixed in rev. 1340 and 1350, using a generic function vm-fetch-message-size. However, this function looks up the cached size data, if any. However, cached size exists for IMAP messages only if a synchronization has been performed on the folder.

If there is no cached data, we use "0" as a dummy size. However, if the message is viewed, the size gets updated. (Revision 1437).
