Usefull messages go to the console where the user may not see it

Messages like this:

Loaded .ppr instead of .ppr.out since that is the one we need to load to continue previous work

and this:

Loaded .ppr instead of source to prevent overwriting existing work in the .ppr file

If you wish to reset your proofreading you must delete the .ppr and .ppr.out files.

are only shown in the console (if there is one) where the user might not see them.
It was better if the were room for messages like that somewhere in the main window.
A pop up message window is also a possibility albeit less good I think.

Thanks for reporting this. It is definitely the plan to bring these messages to the UI in one way or another. I made sure that the functionality worked the way I wanted it to and then planned to add the UI messages in a later version. I think I'll tag it for version 0.1.8.
