Bug Description

https://jenkins.openstack.org/view/Melange/job/melange-tarball currently fails and is disabled. Would be nice to get it to work before E3 so that we can do a release-team-powered melange E3 milestone.

This is fixed for master, and the milestone version of the job looks the same so once there is a milestone-proposed branch that forks after the venv rename, it should work (but can't be tested now).
