Please sync python-pypcap 1.1.2+debian-2.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Detect libpcap in multiarch location. Closes: #634420, LP: #832824.
  * Use dh_python2.
  * Rebuild to add support for python 2.7.
  * Merge from Debian unstable.Remaining Ubuntu changes: (LP: #375686)
    - Python 2.6 transition:
      + debian/rules: include /usr/share/python/python.mk
      + debian/rules: pass $(py_setup_install_args) macro to setup.py

Relevant changes are in Debian now. There's nothing in the diff worth
maintaining.
