Bug Description
After launching rhythmbox 2.90.1 in Ubuntu 11.10 (AMD64) it would show the rhythmbox screen, but it freezes for more than 10 minutes, so the loading till you can play a song takes a long time. The CPU usage goes up sharply and drops after the freeze is over.
If the database is empty the starting of Ubuntu takes only seconds, but I have about 5000 titles in the database, so it takes more than 10 minutes. I had no problem in Ubuntu 10.10 (i386), rhythmbox started quickly and had no problems with the 5000 songs.
When I start rhythmbox in the terminal with "rhythmbox -d", I get the output* I have attached. I think the hanging/freezing comes from the repetitive similar line, probably 5000 times :
(13:19:12) [0xd5e200] [rhythmdb_

Not sure why it does this, but perhaps somebody can help. Thanks.
I deactivated all plugins and "watch my library for new files".
*I reduced the database to some songs only, so rhythmbox would start quickly. The list with the above mentioned pattern "processing RHYTHMDB_
