qt creator package doesn't depend on a c++ compiler

Bug Description

In Ubuntu 11.10, when installing qt creator through the software center or synaptic, it can't find a toolchain because a c++ compiler isn't specified as a dependency, but of course needed. For me installing build-essential fixes the problem.
