Bug Description

I get the following Dialog when importing a .azw file (I can send you the book, its public domain):

Error: Unhandled Exception

With the following message:

calibre, version 0.8.30
ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>ZipImportError</b>:can't find module calibre.gui2.add

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\actions\add.py", line 287, in add_books
  File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\actions\add.py", line 295, in _add_books
  File "site.py", line 66, in load_module
ZipImportError: can't find module calibre.gui2.add

I am running on Windows 7.

Uninstall, delete C:\Program Files\Calibre2 (or wherever you chose to install calibre). Then re-install. And dont worry, uninstalling will not affect your books/settings.

That error is caused by your antivirus program, you should exclude the calibre
installation directory from its scans.
