Display screen doesn't "stay on top" in OS X

On OS X, the display screen doesn't exhibit the "always on top" behaviour that is evident on Linux and Windows.

I confirm this. I'm testing latest openlp trunk source r1851 on mac 10.7 (lion) in dual screen mode. Qt 4.7.4.

To reproduce this it is enough to only change focus to another app and on the second monitor the desktop background will show and not the window of openlp for presenting text.

This issue is still present in 1.9.7. (tested on Mac Lion). If this is not Lion specific, then this is a long-standing issue.

Martin, yes as far as I remember that's the "normal" / "default" behaviour also on 10.6 (and even earlier).
