Bug Description
On OS X, the display screen doesn't exhibit the "always on top" behaviour that is evident on Linux and Windows.

I confirm this. I'm testing latest openlp trunk source r1851 on mac 10.7 (lion) in dual screen mode. Qt 4.7.4.
To reproduce this it is enough to only change focus to another app and on the second monitor the desktop background will show and not the window of openlp for presenting text.
