Display should blank after lock screen stops animating (and logcat shows "set_screen_state 0" ?)

On ARM Versatile Express A9 board with Linaro Android Jelly Bean image:

This issue now can be considered solved. After set sleep time interval to 15 seconds then the screen can turn to black after it reached to the time. However, the board is actually still running because I can hear the fan noise.

After press F1, the board can be woken up then lock screen can also be shown on monitor.

Due to the special condition of this ARM board, this test now can be considered PASSED.
