Bug Description
1. Open a pantheon-terminal window, open Preferences.
2. Set, in the Appearance tab, the background transparent to true.
3. The terminal is transparent.
4. Open another pantheon-terminal window
5. On both windows, the background stops being transparent
This needs deep investigation, because it might be tricky/hard to fix.
