Bug Description

I was trying to workaround a problem with the bzr 2.5b4 installed with the standalone installer and with this file I can't even start the installer. I received a message "Setup program invalid or damaged".
My system is a Windows 7 machine 64-bit Home Premium.
I was able to install bzr-2.5b3.win32-py2.7.exe

The file does seem to have been truncated, which is going to be my fault during upload. I have another (earlier) copy that should be equivalent that I'll upload now.
