Bug Description

Installed gdevilspie using Ubuntu Software Center.

Failed to launch, from terminal reports pyGTK ism not correctly installed

Reinstalled with Synaptic:

This is a duplicate of an upstream bug report,

The missing dependency is python-glade2

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. As you mention, this is indeed the same issue that was reported in the Debian bug report. This issue was resolved in gdevilspie version 1:0.5-2 which is available in Ubuntu 12.04 and later releases. Thus I am marking it Fix Released.

If you need a fix for the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please do steps 1 and 2 of the SRU Procedure [1] to bring the need to a developer's attention.
