* Install NVIDIA Drivers
* Go to "Desktop Effects"
* Select "Enable Desktop Effects"
* Header Bar is Missing... NO HEADER BAR to minimize, window, or X out of the window.

This is a configuration issue. You need to have the following in your Screen section:
Option "AddARGBGLXVisuals" "true"
