Please sync oregano 0.69.1-3 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge from debian unstable(LP: #623169), remaining changes:
    + Add debian/patches/line.drawing.dpatch:
      - When moving a wire so that it joins with another delete the moved
        wire, as well as extending the other. (LP: #60777)

Patch line.draing is now in Debian.
