Bug Description
In order to process payments we need to enter developer details into the payment system. A report is needed on demand that shows the following detail:
Full name
Company Name (if applicable)
email addr
paypal addr
full address
application name
QA Notes:
1) As a stake-holder, access the /sales-dashboard/
2) On the right-hand-side of the page, you'll see a link to download developer details CSV, click it and confirm it has the expected contents (a row for each dev who has an app post-draft, the last column containing the list of app names)

Hi John! What's easiest for you - we can:
1) Create a link that downloads a CSV file with all the devs and their details
2) Create a view that allows you to query for specific users?
3) both
I'm assuming (1) is probably most important and will start there, but if you can let me know the format that your payment system requires, we might be able to automate it?
