Bug Description
In order for MyApps to be fully independent of Canonical work we need to give the developer/uploader of a application a way to complete the QA step. Currently this is limited to the consumer-
QA notes:
1) As a regular dev, add an app and submit for review
2) log in as a reviewer and approve it
3) log back in as the regular dev and view the details. You should have a link to QA the app which should work. You should also be able to access the app via USC using the normal QA settings.
