Bug Description

I've tried to upload the Ruby, Rails and RSPec API which is ~ 36,000 Files to a ubuntu-one managed folder. After this the GUI didn't connect to the daemon properly anymore, the daemon eat all my RAM and all sync functionality was lost.

System: Intel N550 Atom 1.5 GHz, 2 GB RAM, Windows 7 Starter 32 Bit.
