OAuth window for Online Accounts should be resizable

TESTCASE:
1) Open gnome-control-center
2) Click 'Online Accounts'
3) Click 'plus' button
4) Select any account type, click 'Add...'
5) Check parameters of new window

Result: new OAuth window cannot be resized
Expected: window is resizable (maybe up to 100% of webpage only)

Party a duplicate of bug 936257 which is about none of the gnome-control-center being resizable.

This is not needed anymore, as g-c-c 3.4.2 uses mobile version of oauth pages
