Bug Description
OSEd refuses to save operation after editing and just gives a warning: "Operation <op> already exists!".
Steps to reproduce this bug:
1. Open osed
2. Create a new module 'foo'
3. Right click module 'foo' and select 'Add operation'
4. Name the operation 'bar'
5. Click 'OK' and then 'Yes' on the 'Save properties'-dialog
6. Right click operation 'bar' and select 'Modify properties'
7. Add one input operand port
8. Click 'OK' to save changes
--> Warning dialog comes out and operation changes are not saved
