Keyboard shortcuts are not immediately visible in F1 help

Bug Description
As I was not sufficiently clear in bug #902737 it was closed as `won't fix`. Because I can't reopen it, here is another one to track the issue.
If you press F1 in OpenShot on Fedora or Ubuntu, you will be present with a window with manual. In this window it is impossible to find information about OpenShot keyboard shortcuts, because:
1. Only top level is shown and shortcut help is buried under main window level
2. "Shortcut" is spelled as "short-cut" which is different from commonly used term

This has been committed to the trunk and will be included in 1.4.1. I moved the keyboard shortcut topic to the top level, and renamed Short-cut to Shortcut. Thanks!
