I've added code to conditionally check for /{,isolinux/}isolinux.cfg and /{,syslinux/}syslinux.cfg, which I believe will cover the methods the popular USB key makers (unetbootin, etc).

The boot files will need to remain in /isolinux though, not sure if the makers move the files to /.

Still have to test.

The process has been tested with Universal USB Installer, and UNetbootin (which has an added side-effect of preferring Finnix's original isolinux.cfg instead of UNetbootin's mangled syslinux.cfg).
