setup.py - patch for better handling of .omf file installation

In packaging Jokosher for Fedora, an issue with handling .omf file installation has come to light. As in it isn't happening. Registration with the scrollkeeper documentation system is also not being handled correctly. The following patch resolves this:

Tested under feisty with no problems.
