Bug Description
When selecting "Photo" it's working great. When choosing "Text" then Save, the PDF file cannot be read by any software (Adobe Reader, Document Viewer, GIMP).

can you please attach a demo pdf? does saving to other file types work? does the program crash or display any message graphically and/or stdout/stderr?
