SPEKTR-R does not update

SPEKTR-R does not update even though its listed on satellites.jason file and is on the CELESTRAK.COM WEBPAGE and I have the source listed

What is the difference between the given TLE?

TLE is updated, but date of last update not updated

In trunk version of Stellarium (v.0.11.2; rev. 5111) TLE for artifical satellites updated correctly. This bug was fixed by Bogdan Marinov when he make improvements of translations strings.
