Biblio rejects Open Library records for not having MARCs

When I do a search of the Open Library catalog for Title in Biblio, I often get this message:
"Could not find an record of (title) which also has a marc.

I don't care if it has a marc or not - I just want to load the book.

What I do is go to openlibrary.org and find the book, then go back to biblio and enter the OL number in a Local search. Then the book loads just fine.
