weather applet should default to current location

Since I had to give my current location when installing, the weather applet
should default to that. Sure it's not right lot's of time but at least it's in
the correct country/area which means that it's simpler to change than going from
whatever is the default right now.

in fact the applet should pick a location according to the system settings. What
timezone/language are you using, which location should be picked/is picked ?

Reopening as I went to make a new bug about this and found this one already existed.

e.g. I live in Melbourne, Australia. I told the installation app that is where I live. If I add the weather applet to the panel, I would expect it to be already set to Melbourne, Australia.

I'm not sure what specific is needed, but I will willingly give it if asked.

I get default location as: "DEFAULT_LOCATION".

The issue with en_AU it's because there is no upstream translation for it, I've opened a bug upstream about that: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=348335

The value is written to the schemas with is not a part of the language-pack so translation on rosetta doesn't fix the issue
