swift package shouldn't contain man page files for swauth

Bug Description

the 'swift' package[1] contains man page files (eg /usr/share/man/man8/swauth-add-account.8.gz) for swauth, which is now maintained in a separate package[2]. The man page files should be removed from the swift package (and added to swauth, eventually).

This bug is present in swift version 1.4.3 and confirmed to still exist (from the packages.ubuntu.com package file list) in 1.4.5, the most recent version.

I've removed the manpages from swift (under review). I've not put the manpages into swauth as they're only placeholders anyway, and they need to be actually written.
