Bug Description
The valid duration of a token appears to be hardcoded at 1 day, with no way for an operator to override setting.
I'd expect this value to be defined in `keystone.conf` in seconds (1 day = 86400 seconds), and documented for admins appropriately.

Token expiration is now configurable via keystone.conf, with a default value of 86400 seconds (post-merge of redux).
