the installation process crashed on a new install

Bug Description

I have no idea what to say as the problem occurred during install from a USB stick whose data came from your web site. When the crash occurred, the message indicates the tools will automagically supply needed data. What else can I say?

This sounds like an issue with your network and not being able to access the archive.canonical.com.
