menu isn't not hidden by default in pantheon

When you start marlin in pantheon it shows the menu and the the appmenu at the same time also when you press f8 the menu disappears,and when you press f8 again the menu appears but the appmenu doesn't disappears , in unity this doesn't happens but even pressing f8 the menu doesn't apppears . If you use sudo/gksudo everything goes fine.

This isn't related to globalmenu, it's related with that marlin doesn't save if you activated or deactivated the menu and with that it shows the appmenu (the button showing a menu) and normal menu ( file,view ...) at the same time.

it must be the 10th bug report like this i saw. The issue is clearly related to ubuntu appmenu libs.
It won't happen on system without appmenu libs installed. Appmenu button and menubar are mutually exclusive so having the 2 only means ubuntu appmenu libs are messing things up.
