Hide unity's top panel on a secondary monitor if the user wants it

Currently there is no way to hide unity's top panel on a second monitor. This is a problem since many would prefer to give presentations without any extra information on the screen. In some cases this is distracting and unprofessional.

Currently having panel on both screens is how its designed. the reason for that is to avoid the travel from one screen to another to access the menu of the app. For the ability to change that behavior I am confirming this bug but its not something Unity team would be working on but community contributions are welcome, so a branch implementing that + unit tests is open for discussions

I don't think that it's supposed to be designed to come on top of your movie that's running full screen on the second monitor when you're clicking on another window in the main monitor

alright, I thought the bug was to be able to totally remove the panel on secondary monitor. now I understand the issue and its bug 734908
