Please sync mpi4py 1.2.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Hi Bradley,
As per the release schedule here:

We are far behind the debian import freeze deadline;until which packages from debian will be auto synced in ubuntu provided the current ubuntu package in the repositories is unchanged from debian(which is precisely the scenario here). So I would suggest waiting for a while before going ahead with this request.
