Bug Description

Quoted from Lars' email:

Muharem and I were investigating this issue. The root cause was found to be the following:

- Tests were hardcoding KVS keys, which contained site hashes (see openquake.shapes.Site.__hash__())
- It turned out that the keys generated by the code on the CI box did not have the same hashes
- It finally occurred to Muharem that the CI box is a 32-bit machine (and the keys specified in the test contained 64-bit hashes)!
