Bug Description
My system works in Spanish as default language. When I try to open a compressed file with a Spanish special character in its name, File Roller cannot read the character. If I double click the file, it presents the following message: "Ha ocurrido un error mientras se extraían los archivos" ("An error had occurred when trying to extract the files" and inside the case: "caution: filename not matched:" and the file name. If I try to rename the file, the commands are in gray, cannot be used. Only "Open", "Open with..." and "Extract" are available. If I use them, the same error message will be shown.
It fails with á é í ó ú ü and ñ (and their capital versions). They are essential in Spanish! If they cannot be seen in this message, a list is available in http://

Thanks for the report, I also have my system on Spanish and the only time i've seen that is when i uncompress a file with 'special characters (spanish, hebrew, etc)' into an fat/ntfs filesystem, where are you uncompressing those?
