Add some transneptunian objects

Hello,

Could you add the following transneptunian objects for the next release?

- Dysnomia (moon of Eris)

- Makemake

- Haumea and its moons Namaka and Hiʻiaka

- Sedna

- Orcus and its moon Vanth

- Quaoar and its moon Weywot

I'm add some TNO's in the default ssystem.ini: Haumea, Sedna, Orcus and Quaoar. I can't found orbital elements for moons of this TNO's.
