[apport] mid3iconv crashed with AttributeError in __unicode__()

i use this command to convert some mp3 ID3TAG, and it crash

This is an upstream bug and it's fixed in http://www.sacredchao.net/quodlibet/changeset/3998. The Ubuntu package will be probably updated after the next Mutagen release.
