Bug Description
A user reports that for several of his switches, ipdevinfo (NAV 3.9) displays all ports as being in STP blocking mode, but the stpblock report confirms that this isn't what's in the NAV database. He sees no specific pattern as to which switches are affected.

looks like the code actually collected blocking status from all the switch's ports, aggregated them and assigned them to all the ports. This has been in the code for over a year - I find it really weird no-one has complained about it sooner.
