Bug Description
This could be achieved by:
- placing an overlay icon with the play/paused symbol
- graying out the icon when not playing
- changing the play icon from the could to a "paused" symbol (not very good idea, as the icon is the player's logo)

1) I think overlay icon wouldn't look well
2) Possible
3) The current play symbol is too tiny, but its size could be increased and the tray icon could show all three states (playing with play sign, paused with pause sign, unknown with no sign).
