Highlight item in sidebar when dragging an item into it

If I want to drop something into a folder that's on my sidebar, I drag it to the sidebar and try to drop it on the item. However, since the mouse cursor (combined with the item I'm dragging) is so big, it's very difficult to be sure that I'm going to be dropping it in the right place.

I suggest the item in the sidebar highlights (like on mouseover) when it's accepting a drop action. This would be super beneficial to anyone who uses the trash or any other item in the sidebar as a place to drop items.

It works fine with Ambiance, it might be a theme (egtk?) problem.

Well shoot. I'm not seeing it work in Ambiance anymore, so I can't just copy the code. :3

Okay, I might be able to look at how Adwaita does it, as they do give it a thin border.

You need to style the .dnd widget (aka drag n drop).

Okay, so I tried to style the .dnd widget and encountered a few problems with properties not working. Those are:

margin
background-color
border-radius

I'm going to go ahead and push anyways for now. But if we could get that fixed, that'd be swell.
